From the idea to live operation

  1. 01

    Step 1: Define the problem and success criteria

    First we settle who will use it and what change would count as success. Then we design the system and the way the work runs day to day.

  2. 02

    Step 2: Build and validate it

    We build the riskiest assumption first, try it with real data where the work happens, and change it from what comes back.

  3. 03

    Step 3: Put it into service and improve it

    Once it is live we keep watching the system and its data. We catch faults and changes around it ourselves, and decide what to fix next from how it is actually used.
